How can we help?

Email support@gridlineos.com for account, installation, project-access, or product help. Include your firm name, the affected platform, and the approximate time of the issue. Do not send passwords, access tokens, customer drawings, or other sensitive project content by email.

Support does not require a Gridline account. We provide an initial response to support requests within two business days.

For a suspected security issue, email security@gridlineos.com with a concise description and a safe way to reproduce the issue.

Slack or Microsoft Teams installation does not create a Gridline account and does not grant access to firm data. A firm owner must first sign in to Gridline with Google or Microsoft and connect the external workspace or tenant to the correct Gridline firm. Every sender must then complete their own Gridline sign-in and bind it to their Slack or Microsoft identity before use.

If your Google or Microsoft account is not recognized, contact your firm administrator or Gridline support. Gridline does not infer firm access from a chat message, display name, or email domain. If you do not have a Gridline account, request accessor email support@gridlineos.com.

After a firm owner connects the Slack workspace, invite Gridline to a channel and mention @Gridline with a project question. You can also open the Gridline app in Slack and send a direct message.

• If Gridline does not respond, confirm the app is installed and is a member of the channel.
• If Gridline asks you to connect, personally sign in to the matching Gridline firm.
• Email matching alone never grants access. Complete the signed user-link flow.
• If access is denied, ask a firm owner to verify your Gridline membership, then link again.
• You can unlink your Slack identity or sign out of Gridline without uninstalling the workspace app.
• To disconnect, a firm owner can remove the connection in Gridline and uninstall the app in Slack.

Gridline supports personal chat, group chat, and channel conversations in Microsoft Teams. Mention Gridline in channels and group chats. Personal chat can be used without an @mention after the Microsoft 365 tenant is connected to a Gridline firm.

• A Microsoft 365 administrator may need to approve the app and tenant connection.
• If Gridline asks you to connect, use the provided link and personally sign in to Gridline.
• If access is denied, ask a firm owner to verify your Gridline membership, then link again.
• You can unlink your Microsoft identity or sign out of Gridline without removing the tenant app.
• To disconnect, a firm owner can remove the connection in Gridline and an administrator can remove the Teams app.

Gridline applies the same firm, user, project, and audit controls to Slack and Teams requests as it does in the Gridline workspace. Unknown tenants and users fail closed. Review the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Processing Addendum for additional detail.
